Is an exciting offensive player with both good power and speed. Profiles as a top table-setter who can distract pitchers and provide instant offense. Makes good contact.
Doesn't walk enough, so he needs to become more patient in order to maximize his top-of-the-order skills. Also, he must become a more efficient runner on the bases.
Flashy table-setter with good upside.

Rangers second baseman Rougned Odor has been options to Triple-A Round Rock.
The 21-year-old Odor was horrible this spring, batting .144 with a .486 OPS. He batted .59 last season with nine homers and 48 RBI. Hopefully he can reinvigarate his career at Triple-A. Adam Rosales should take over most of the work, but with a .167 batting average fantasy owners must steer clear.

Rangers second baseman Rougned Odor went 1-for-4 with a grand slam Wednesday at Seattle.
The 20-year-old Odor was called up from Double-A out of necessity due to the failure of Josh Wilson and Donnie Murphy to fill in after Jurickson Profar's injury and he probably wasn't ready for the big leagues. Odor has batted .248 with six homers, 32 RBI, 26 runs and two steals in 290 at-bats.

Rougned Odor went 3-for-4 with an RBI triple Friday against the Blue Jays.
After finding himself in a modest slump, Odor has now hit safely in four straight games. The 20-year-old has held his own in his first taste of the majors, batting .272/.306/.416 with 14 extra-base hits (including three home runs) over 54 games. He's worth using in deeper mixed leagues when a right-hander is on the mound.

Rougned Odor went 2-for-4 with a triple, homer, two runs scored and three RBI in Tuesday's 10-6 setback against the A's.
Odor has posted multi-hit games in four of his last six. Texas is only one game below .500 despite a spate of injuries because of revelations like Odor. Now slashing .312/.330/.505 through 93 at-bats, the top prospect deserves to be moved up from the No. 9 hole.

Rougned Odor went 2-for-4 with an RBI single in his return to the lineup against the Marlins on Tuesday.
Odor sprained his right shoulder in Sunday's game, but he was back in the lineup and didn't miss a beat on Tuesday. The second baseman delivered an RBI single in the sixth inning that gave the Rangers a short-lived lead, his 14th RBI in 25 games. Odor is hitting .301/.325/.479 on the year and may be moved up in manager Ron Washington's lineup soon to try to give the offense a boost.

Rougned Odor belted a two-run homer off Trevor Bauer on Friday, powering the Rangers to a 6-4 victory over the Indians.
The second inning blast was Odor's lone hit in three at-bats on the night. He has certainly been impressive at the plate in the early going, slashing .284/.310/.478 with two homers and 13 RBI in his first 67 at-bats. He makes for a nice middle infield option in deeper mixed leagues.
Rougned Odor finished 4-for-5 with two triples and five RBI in Saturday's 12-2 rout of the Tigers.
Odor is the second-youngest player in American League history to tally two triples in a single game. The only younger player to do so was Jimmie Foxx. The Rangers' young infielder is suddenly slugging .500 in 12 games since his promotion to the major league level.
